Risk Oversight & Telematics Reporting Analysis Kernel. ROTRAK is a forensic Hours-of-Service and ELD compliance analysis tool built for carrier safety and compliance teams — upload a driver's standard ELD export file and get a full compliance and forensic report in seconds.
